In addition, Ralph Lauren said that as part of its ongoing brand portfolio review, the company is transitioning the Chaps brand to a fully licensed business model, consistent with its long-term brand elevation strategy.
Looks like Kohl's is dropping the Chaps clothing brand by the end of the year. For those who don't know, Chaps is Ralph Lauren's lower cost brand. Besides Kohl's, the other two main retailers for Chaps are Belk and Amazon.
Kohl's said it will exit eight underperforming brands, including Chaps and Apt. 9 in women's, as it shifts focus toward the Nine West brand. It also plans to expand its Lands' End brand line to 300 more stores and introduce Cole Haan as a new offering in the shoe category.
The Chaps brand is one of the many subsidiary lines owned and manufactured by the Ralph Lauren Corporation. These clothes are sold exclusively at a number of department stores across the country, including Kohl's, Belk, Bonton, and Stage.

Kohl's will eliminate 250 corporate positions in a company restructuring aimed at improving efficiency, according to reporting in the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal. The layoffs will affect workers at the retailer's Menomonee Falls, Wis. headquarters as well as offices in New York, California and other regions.

They seem to run a half size smaller. Others may not have this issue. They are so attractive but on me, they did run small and I have other NIne West brand shoes to compare them to. I wear a size 9 and I did not have any sizing issues with the shoes I currently own by this maker.
