A store credit will be issued for any returns without a receipt (or gift receipt) or that have passed 30 days. Merchandise should be in clean, unworn condition. Any merchandise that appears used will not be accepted. Swimwear and intimate apparel must have tags securely attached for refunds.
Can I return things to Marshalls without receipt?
Returns with without a receipt are only eligible for store credit. Valid ID (drivers license, military ID, state issued photo ID card), name, address and signature are required for returns without a valid receipt or gift receipt. Your signature may also be required.
Marshalls restocks on Monday and Friday because the busiest shopping days are on the weekend. You can also find new items put on the floor during the week, too. However, because the weekend is when most people do their shopping, that's also when Marshalls concentrates its restocking.
Despite the price slashing, the products you'll find at Marshalls aren't expired or counterfeit. Marshalls' parent company notes the store is able to offer such great discounts because they purchase unused overstock from manufacturers or other vendors (via Reviewed).
