How do I dispute a Fashion Nova charge?

Fashion Nova Refund Policy
Fashion Nova currently offers store and online returns, but it doesn't allow refunds to the original form of payment. The only available option at the moment, despite FTC complaints, is a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Store credits don't include the original shipping costs.
The U.S. Department of Labor and a New York Times investigation in 2019 found Fashion Nova contracted with dozens of factories in the United States that owed employees millions in back wages, paid some workers as little as $2.77 an hour and had unsanitary conditions.

Although I think Fashion Nova should have better customer service and respond back to emails because I never did receive a response for the multiple emails I sent out, I accept their response because they did provide me with a refund.
Your store credit E-Gift Card code will be sent to the email on file for the order in question (this will come directly from Fashion Nova). Example: You place an order for $100 for various merchandise.

Fashion Nova is not a Chinese-owned brand like Shein. It is an American fashion retail store, and they have the most prominent physical retail location in Southern California. Unlike Shein, it was easier to predict the target audience or focus of Fashion Nova from the beginning, as they were selling clubwear.
Not only does Fashion Nova steal from indie designers, but the company also dismisses, ignores, or even blocks the indie designers who try to reach out to address the issue.
