If you like to hang on to your childhood memories, including all the toys you used to play with, then you may want to dig these out of whatever cupboard/loft/box you've got them in.
It turns out that if you own any of these vintage, original Sylvanian Families sets, then they could sell for quite a bit of cash on Ebay.
There are certain rare figures that could rack up some serious pounds if you're lucky enough to have one lurking in your house.
A rare 1980s 'Japanese Large Timbertop Bear' sold last January for £460 while a 'Sylvanian Families Japanese Release Doll of the Year 2003' made £500 in bids.
Potentially the most valuable of all the playsets, a Sylvanian Families Applewood Department Storeset sold on Ebay last year for £206, and a Country House Manor (complete with figures and furniture), fetched £205.
You could also get a couple of hundy for a complete Regency Hotel set and a Highlands Farm House/Wedding set.
And your Sylvanian Families may not be the only retro toy you should consider listing. Some original Polly Pocket toys have been selling for huge sums on Ebay, with some reaching up to £74 THOUSAND.
Or, check your rafters for Troll Dolls, which are being priced at £10,000.
