Hayes is CEO of Market Equities, a big firm that plans to buy out several land owners in Montana to build an airport. They stumble upon John Dutton, owner of the large Yellowstone Dutton Ranch and Thomas Rainwater of the Confederated Tribes of Broken Rock.
Willa ended up under investigation when she was accused of workplace harassment by 'Jane Doe', assumably unjustly by Beth Dutton to get her out of negotiations about their construction plans. [1]
