Findmypast was selected as the National Archives digitisation partner in 2018 in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement process comprised a rigorous tendering process, in which the opportunity to participate was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) and on the Contracts Finder website.
