After over a year of PDA-packed dating, Kourtney Kardashian finally tied the knot with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker in two lavish wedding celebrations (plus one “practice” go in Las Vegas). While Kourtney – and many of her friends and family – might believe that Barker is “the one” for her, there is one person who seems to disagree: her ex and father of her children, Scott Disick.

It’s hard to believe that seven years have passed since Disick and Kourtney broke up for good, because Disick has remained such a fixture in the Kardashian clan. To top it off, he has always been vocal about his hopes of rekindling his relationship with Kourtney. In an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK), he told Kourtney that he would marry her “right here, right now” only months before she started publicly sharing her relationship with Barker.

He was never supportive of Kourtney Kardashian’s relationship

While Kardashian was busy posting loved-up photos of herself and Barker all around the world, Disick was clearly unhappy about the amount of PDA that they were showing.

Only months after Kardashian and Barker went public with their relationship, Disick messaged Younes Bendjima, another one of Kardashian’s exes, to express his displeasure at photos of her and Barker kissing on a boat in Italy.

“Yo is this chick ok!???? Broooo like what is this. In the middle of Italy,” his message to Bendjima read. Bendjima then responded with, “Doesn’t matter to me as long as she’s happy. PS: I ain’t your bro.”

Bendjima even posted the exchange on an Instagram Story with the caption, “Keep the same energy you had about me publicly, privately.” Kardashian later admonished Disick on KUWTK.

He threw shade at Kardashian after finding out she had gotten engaged

Days after Kourtney and Barker got engaged on a beach in Santa Barbara, Kourtney’s younger sister Khloé paid a visit to Disick to check in on him. Khloé’s visit was featured on Hulu’s The Kardashians, which revealed how he felt about the engagement.

“I wasn’t that caught off guard. I mean, I’d thought they’d already been married, the way that she was talking,” Disick said. He shared that he felt relieved that somebody else is taking care of Kourtney now.

However, he also admitted that he felt like Barker was “in for a lot of work” by being with Kourtney. “I think in the end it’s kind of a good thing. I couldn’t do the job of being with her. [She] is not the simplest when it comes to … everything,” he said.

He wasn’t invited to the wedding … so he went to a strip club

It seems that Disick’s unsupportive views of Kardashian’s relationship did not get him a wedding invite. While the Kardashian-Jenner clan flew to Portofino, Italy for the extravagant wedding ceremony, Disick stayed behind in the US and spent time with his friends.

A source told People that “Scott isn’t taking this well. He’s spending time with friends to keep his mind off of it. He was always accepted by the family, even at his absolute lows, and now he can’t even come to one of the biggest events of the family. He’s not handling it well.”

British media reported that Disick was spotted at the Sapphire strip club in New York at 2.30am on May 24. He stayed for an hour and chatted with a mystery woman before heading out.

After spending a night at NYC’s Casa Cipriani, he shared a photo of himself in a private jet with the caption “Where 2?”, before following it up with another post captioned, “Next stop, the beach.”

The exchange started when Scarfone posted a series of photos of herself in a white bodysuit from Disick’s clothing line, Talentless. She playfully tagged Scott in the photo by adding his handle on her butt.

“Oh lord she’s @talentless,” Scarfone’s caption read. In response, Disick commented, “I can think of a few talents you have right off the top of my head, no pun intended.”

This is not the first time that the two have been rumoured to be dating. In February, they were spotted heading to dinner in Nobu Malibu. A month later, they flew to Paris together for a week. Scarfone posted a photo of herself in lingerie with the Eiffel Tower in the background, and tagged Disick as the photographer in the caption.

It looks like Disick has started accepting that there is no more hope of reuniting with Kardashian and is finally trying to move on.
