We stand behind the quality of our bags, hardshell luggage and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our warranty guarantees that every Herschel Supply product is free of material and manufacturing defects.

Subject to applicable laws, the Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase from an authorized Herschel Supply retailer. If you purchased your products from an unauthorized retailer, the warranty is immediately void.

Our Softshell Luggage and Apparel Limited Warranty is valid for five years.

Our warranty covers:
Functional damage to materials, handles, wheels or zippers that impairs use of the product.

Our warranty does not cover:
Product modifications, accidents, theft or normal wear and tear.
