Can’t get enough of this sick block? Taylor Swift has purchased another Tribeca apartment on the same block as two of her other New York City pads.
Her newest place, which she bought for $9.75 million, is located on the second floor of 155 Franklin Street and brings her total amount spent on the block to $47.7 million, according to the New York Post. The singer purchased the 3,450-square-foot place from financier Jeremy Phillips in an off-market deal.
Swift already owns two units on the top floor at 155 Franklin, which she bought for $19.95 million and combined to turn into an 8,000-square-foot penthouse duplex. She owns an $18 million townhouse next door as well at 153 Franklin Street.
The building at 155 Franklin is a popular spot for celebrities, with other current and former residents including comedian Aziz Ansari and actor Orlando Bloom.
Swift’s LLC was recently sued by Douglas Elliman, where brokerAndrew Azoulay is claiming that she stiffed him on the commission for her townhouse. [NYP]– Eddie Small
