Longinus is ready to help the Golden Path, and is willing to give you the guns you need, if you go take care of a little something for him...which is a trip to the Himalayas.

The artic tundra is dangerous and full of soldiers, predators and even bitter cold. You'll have to be aware of your oxygen levels while traversing this frigid area. You'll want to sneak up on the first soldier you come across, take him down, and collect his oxygen mask. Just behind him, you'll find another soldier, and a snow mobile.
The snow mobile will save you some time. Steal it and head to one of the three yellow markers. The first mark is right out in the open, but the body is being guarded by a few arctic foxes. Grab that and head to the next marker. The next marker is at an empty supply camp. There are two soldiers near the camp so tread lightly, but you can get to this marker with relative ease.
The next marker is inside an ice cave. Head in and b ready for a new challenge, a bear! The bear is blocking your path to the next marker, so you are going to have to target it. You're likely going to have to unload nearly two clips into it, so do your best to keep your distance and get the jump on it.
Once the bear has been dealt with, head up through the cave and find the body withy the next marker. The body will be deeper in the cave.

Once you have gotten that, you have one more marke to grab. Head back out into the snow. The final marker is on a body up on a cliff. That area is being guarded by a snow leapard. This cat is fast and furious. It doesn't take too much to kill it, but it is difficult to target. Once it is dead, head up the cliff and grab the final marker.

Once you have the third and final lock box, it's time to head back to Longinus. Head back to where the sherpa dropped you off, an he will lead you out of the Himalayas.

Stop back at Longinus' camp and you'll come to find out what was so important to him. Once that scene is complete, so is the mission.
