There are a couple ways you can age up sims in the Sims 4! You can buy/bake a birthday cake and have them blow out the candles, use a cheat where you to control shift C at the same time type in testingcheatsenabled true and then left click the sim you want to age up and there should be an option that says "age up" or "trigger age transition."
