Jose will request two types of item from you, both of which can be found in Mementos.

Flowers can be collected and traded for various helpful items that'll make the game experience that much easier. Jose will give you incense and the even a new in-dungeon collectible – the Will Seed – should you miss one in the main story.

• Flowers can be found scattered around the various floors in every path of Mementos, and will respawn every time you head up or down a floor.
• You can collect an infinite number of Flowers.
• Flowers will be deleted from your inventory once you leave Mementos – always spend as many as you can before leaving.

Stamps can be used for activating permanent effects across Mementos, from increasing the experience or money earned from battle to increasing the drop rate of items after combat.

• Stamps will appear in fixed locations in Mementos (on platforms, behind walls on certain floors)
• There are a limited number of Stamps you can collect.
• Stamps you've collected will remain in your inventory permanently.

Persona 5 Royal – Farming Flowers

The simplest way to collect Flowers will be to constantly move up and down the floors in an area.

Even when you first gain access to Mementos, chances are you'll be able to deal with most of the enemies with ease, so get as far down as you can when you first enter, and explore every map when it regenerates.

By combing the roads and paths, you can come away with about 8-12 Flowers per floor – sometimes more! – and you can usually 'Rush' the enemy in battles (press Options) to see them off quickly.

However, if you want to make things even easier for yourself, you can go to Mementos when there's a Pollen Warning in the real world.

This will cause most hostile Shadows to be asleep in the dungeon, meaning you can easily avoid them and collect Flowers to your heart's content.

Every time you reach a new 'section' of Mementos, Jose will stock new items.

Repeat this trick when you open up new areas to clean Jose out of his inventory each time – the items he sells are incredibly useful in the main game dungeons (SP recovery items, especially!), so take advantage of the infinite dungeon every time a new palace has been cleared.

Later in the game, Jose will stock stat-raising incense and other powerful items – it's certainly worth a use of an afternoon of your in-game time to grind the dungeon out and take advantage.
