As part of our social and environmental commitments, we want to help you lengthen the life of your garments. As such, we have developed a used clothing donation program
In collaboration with local non-profit organizations, we collect garments that are not being used any more and give them a second life.
How can you make your donation?
- In-store delivery: we have clothing collection containers in our stores where you can leave the package with the garments you want to donate. You can find locations via our Store Locator. Remember that your donation should be in a well sealed package.
- Online delivery:to bring the used clothing donation programme to our online customers, we have made the clothing donation collection service available at FedEx Drop-Offs now in New York.
At the end of the purchase process you can request a clothing donation pick-up and the carrier, taking advantage of their delivery routes, will pick up the package with the clothing you want to donate at the same delivery address of the order. Remember the garments should be placed in a well-sealed package.
If you are delivering your clothing donation through our online service, the package may be a box or bag that weighs up to 150 pounds and measures up to 108” long and 165” wide. Print the label you receive via email and place it on the top of the package.
The goal of this initiative is direct social assistance or financing social projects developed and managed by non-profit organizations with which we collaborate.
