I moved to MW during the pandemic and it is a beautiful place to live. However, the neighborhood is a hard place to live because of the construction on Wilshire. The rent is increasing and there are more tents popping up. It is gorgeous to walk around and the neighborhood is close to everything, from the grove to Hollywood blvd., shopping on melrose and more. It is really diverse and I will miss my time here. Looking forward to more quiet though!

I've lived in this area for most of my life and can hardly imagine living in a different part of the city. This area is full of things to do from museums, concert halls, bars, cafes and restaurants aplenty, shopping, festivals...anything you could imagine. It's also very centrally located. Right between downtown and the beach, and not far from Hollywood. Close to premier LA shopping and dining spots.
