Everyone at Manhattan is extremely kind, there is never a dull moment. If you love having lunch with friends, spots near Manhattan are probably perfect for you.

Small town feel, cute downtown, great schools, friendly neighbors, easy to get to many other larger cities.

Manhattan Beach is a wonderfully safe and clean community that has breathtaking views and a lively downtown area. The variety of restraints and family owned boutiques downtown are great but are pretty pricey. The pumpkin races and pier lighting are just a few Manhattan traditions that give the town a hometown feel. The beach is normally clean along with minimal trash/littering. In the past few years some small loved restraints have been replaced by bigger more modern restraints which isn't my favorite thing but I still deeply love Manhattan beach and the community with my entire heart.
