Lindsay Lohan will get to keep her $2 million paycheck for her television show on Oprah Winfrey's network after an 'intense showdown' with the TV mogul.

Lindsay is now said to be onboard and things have been running smoothly for the past month, although Oprah is still 'watching Lindsay like a hawk', reports TMZ.

Oprah herself confessed to Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson that she had to confront the rehabbed starlet face to face to make sure she was serious about doing a show.
'There was a lot of chaos going on,' Oprah explains in an interview that aired on Tuesday.
'So I went to have a conversation, a real conversation about that, to say to her, "Do you want to do it? Because if you don’t want to do it, that’s OK. We could just end it. We don’t have to do it,"' the TV personality continued.
Lindsay's OWN show is scheduled to debut next year.
After the network chief put the tough question to the troubled star, she stepped up to the plate. 'She said she wants to do it,' said Oprah. 'So let’s get to it. So I had that conversation.'
