is white fang a good book for kids? — White Fang Q&A (2024)

No I had to read it for school when I was 13, it was torture. And everybody in my grade that was also forced to read it thinks that too.

Actually most of us didn't even finished the book, because was so boring.

It's just an endless narration of useless actions. I'ts the life of a wolf that was later raised as a dog, including how many times he just go take a walk and go back home, and nothing else for 2 or 3 chapters, but don't get better later.

Actually is the most pointless story ever told, and I just wanted to take my eyes off after reading.

It was supposed to be sad I guess, but no one cared. Not even a little bit.
The only situation where is acceptable to tell people to read this book is as a torture method in the lowest level of hell.

Sorry for any bad english, it's not my first language and I have really strong opinions about this book.
