It starts innocently enough. You catch your offspring watching something on TV and squeeze on to the sofa to mock it. Easy target. It seems to be a cross between Strictly Come Dancing and Friends, a soap opera about a bunch of young Canadians in vests. If they’re in love, they dance about it. If they’re in a shopping mall, they dance about it. They also seem to wear only one sock.
