I have only seen two episodes on Netflix. However, Lucas and Nathan appear to be the same age. Nathan's father denies he is Lucas' father but if they are really half brothers Dan was a busy man in high school. Lucas' mother won't go see a game because she can't bare going to the gym where Dan told her he was choosing basketball/college over her and Lucas. Where did Nathan come about and be the same age as Nathan?

Lucas says how old they are in episode eight of season 1. Brooke asks him how it worked out and Lucas said that Karen was 3 months farther when Deb got pregnant. Hope that helped!

Not possible Nathan was born December and Lucas was born in May. So they are 7 months apart

Nathan was born in August. Three months after Lucas arrived in May. Dan and Deb conceived Nathan in November after Dan found out in September that Karen was pregnant. So that means Lucas was conceived in August. They are half brothers because they share he same father and they are 3 months apart not 7 months apart.

Are Lucus and Nathan Twins. To be a twin you don’t have to have the same mom and the same birthday as long as you are born in the same year I believe. In their case they don’t share the same birthday, Lucas is older by 3 months and they don’t have the same mom only the same dad. So I’m confused, are they twins?

No, they aren't twins. Twins ARE born on the SAME Birthaday and from the SAME Mother, if they are not born on the exact same day and year and don't have the same mother, then they aren't twins. Lucas and Nathan are half brothers. For any one who doesn't understand what half siblings are, they are two siblings who either have the same mother and different father or the same father and different mother. Also, just because Lucas says his mom was 3 months pregnant with him when Nathan's mother got pregnant does't mean that he is 3 months older than Nathan. Lucas or Nathan could have been born immature or born late.
