Fashion Mumblr is a Cotswolds-based lifestyle blog designed to emphasise attainable and inspirational details with a special focus on the subjects of fashion, beauty and travel, whereas Man About Town is a blog and portal for the everyday guy, covering grooming tips and how-to’s on what to wear and where to grab some good food.
The Dressing Room
Josie approached George Smith earlier this year to create the perfect furniture for her new dressing room. We could not be more thrilled with how the space looks with her new pieces.
With her trademark wardrobe of pale pinks and dreamy florals, we worked with Josie to select the perfect fabric to sit alongside her new rug and pale walls. Josie chose our new Pink Boucle Linen for her Cloverleaf Pouffe and Soho Baby Buttoned Drum, matched with beautiful champaign chord detailing and a fringe trim for the Cloverleaf.

Each button is made by hand by our master button maker. With his expert skill, he has made up to 1,000 buttons a day!

Upholstery
Each button is then attached using a large needle and the fabric is masterfully folded and positioned to create our signature pleats.

Throughout the process, the pleats are tightened and defined to create the smoothest look and is a signature mark of George Smith furniture.
