As stated above, yes and no. The monorail stop is across the parking lot almost in front of the next closest big resort. It is a kind of long walk. Keep in mind that the monorail stops are behind the resort/casinos serviced. To get a better picture, I would invest in the Las Vegas vicinity series map that is put out by AAA (the auto club). It is free if you are a member and if not, it having the footprints of many of the top places and the various transportation routes, makes it a valuable tool to plan your stay and to help you get around town.
