WINNIPEG, Manitoba — Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF) (the “Corporation”), a diversified, acquisition-oriented company focused on opportunities in aerospace, aviation and manufacturing sectors, announced today that the Directors of the Corporation have declared eligible dividends totaling $0.22 per share for the month ended February 29, 2024 payable March 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 29, 2024.
