Every one of us has a certain inclination towards some particular shopping outlets, shops, or even vendors. The rationale behind these shops being so appealing can vary from one person to another. Some people prefer to shop at certain outlets due to the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. On the other hand, some shops offer rare and superior quality products to their customers, enticing people to return for more. When it comes to a favorite shop, there is one particular outlet in my city, that I would like to talk about that has always been my go-to for any footwear or leather products. This shop is located in central Kolkata and is called Sreeleathers.

Sreeleathers is famous for its collection of footwear for both men and women of all age groups, and they also offer other leather products like belts, bags, and jackets. One of the most distinctive characteristics of this outlet is the sheer size of its collection of products. The variety of products available at Sreeleathers is quite impressive, and people rarely fail to find what they are looking for at this outlet.

The target market of Sreeleathers ranges from people who wish to shop under a budget to customers looking for expensive and luxury items as well. Sreeleathers is the preferred location for festive season shopping for many people residing in Kolkata and for daily requirements. The versatility of products at Sreeleathers makes it an ideal choice for all kinds of shoppers.

The chief reason for choosing Sreeleathers is the quality of products available in their shops. Their products are known to be durable and also comfortable for everyday use. I have been shopping at Sreeleathers since I was a child, and I get a wave of nostalgia every time I visit this outlet which is another reason for my inclination toward Sreeleathers.

Shopping is not my cup of tea. I need a guide, normally, my mother or my best friend, whenever I go shopping. The only thing I go out to buy alone is books. So, being a bookworm, my favorite shop is Starmark, Kolkata’s largest bookstore located in the South City Mall.

Starmark is owned by the Emami Group and has four stores in Kolkata. The flagship store is the one in South City Mall, which is also close to my house. The shop is spread over 20,000 sq. ft. and is on the third floor of the Mall.

The store has a wide range of books, movies, music, stationery, gifts, and toys. As you enter the store, you will be welcomed by a member of the staff and a colorful collection of the newly published books. On the left, you have an attractive collection of gifts such as chocolates, scented candles, colorful wrapping papers, and expensive pens, to name a few. To your right, you can find the wall of bestsellers placed on different shelves labeled with the names of the writers. As you walk further to your right inside the store, you will find a series of wooden shelves placed at various angles with an array of books. The books of different languages by different authors are arranged by their genres which are marked on the top of the shelves for the customers to see. So, you can easily find the genre you are looking for and get the books you want.

Suppose your motive is to buy stationery or office supplies. In that case, you can move to the left of the bookshelves and find yourself in the world of every item that you would probably like to own, from colorful tapes, files, bags, and pens to a variety of colors, office supplies, headphones, speakers and other collections related to music and movies. Even children have their own section of books and school items. As the store offers a variety of items, any person, anyone irrespective of age can visit the store and find himself/herself completely satisfied.

I love spending hours in this store. It has a great collection of books in different languages and topics. Members of the staff roam around the store and will promptly approach you when you need help. They are very cordial. There are seating arrangements so that one can browse through the books. The other items sold are also noteworthy. Sometimes, events like book-reading or discussions on books are also held here. Moreover, the store is spacious and is very organized. So, I hope the store continues to thrive and offers people like us more reasons to visit it.

I live in a small town where there are not many intriguing shops but plenty that are selling basic products. So, if I have to talk about a shop that I prefer the most, it would be Akira’s Art Gallery. This one is situated in the lane behind my house; thus, it is not too far away from my home.

Akira’s Art Gallery is filled up with an array of items and products. Out of all, it specializes in manufacturing and selling home decoration furniture and objects. They have an extensive collection and varying items on display. Right from intriguing showpieces to souvenir items, rugs, kitchen, and home accessories, loungewear, home fragrances, and residential and commercial furniture, a lot more are sold here.

The shop caters to several localities and foreigners. Souvenir items are quite prominent among foreigners and tourists. On the other hand, local buyers generally go with home decor items, furniture, and culinary tools. Since the shop sells rare, expensive, and exclusive items, it entertains rich and upper-middle-class people.

I like this shop because of its superior quality and distinct collective. Moreover, their after-sales service is excellent as well. In addition to this, they also offer a customer-friendly return policy. All of these qualities have instilled a fondness in me for this shop.
