All Inclusive resorts will offer you anywhere from 1 to 3 meals at the "A La Carte" restaurants per week of stay (check how many A-La-Cart meals you get at the resort you are staying at).
You must make a Booking/Reservation to eat at the a carte restaurant of your choice. You will get a menu and a waiter serves you at your table who will serve you all your courses (unlike the buffet). This is included with the price you pay for your All-Inclusive trip. HOWEVER: You may see some items on the menu that have an additional charge next to it, such as premium or also called "Top Shelf" drinks, or the New York Steak, or the Lobster Tails for example. It depends from resort to resort.
